We’re based right in the heart of Borås – the city where it all began over a hundred years ago. Here, our family has designed and made dresses for generations, ever since 1906.

When Pure Female was founded in 2021, our vision was crystal clear: we wanted to create dresses made in the finest fabrics, with the best possible fit. Dresses that make you happy – that stand out, earn compliments and make you feel exactly as amazing as you are.

Fit is something we’ve refined over decades. Fabrics are chosen with intuition and care. And every dress is the result of our experience, our craftsmanship and our love for dresses.

Everything happens in Borås – this is where we design our dresses, develop our fabrics, keep our warehouse and ship every order to customers all over the world. It’s also where we handle all orders and personally respond to our customers’ questions.

We work with smaller, family-owned sewing factories – mainly in Europe – that we’ve known and collaborated with closely for many years. They share our values when it comes to quality, working conditions and sustainability.
