Return
You always have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive it. All products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returned products will not be accepted if they have been used, washed or handled carelessly. All tags must remain attached. Each garment is inspected upon return.
How to return
Register your return here: https://account.purefemale.se
You can easily log in using the email address you used when placing your order. Select the order you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Would you like to exchange for a different size or colour? You can specify what you would like to exchange for in the comments/notes field (optional).
Then click “Request return”.
Delivery outside Sweden
Shortly after you have registered your return, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to proceed with returning your order.
Delivery within Sweden
Shortly after registering your return, you will receive a QR code via SMS and email. Pack the dress(es) in suitable packaging, preferably using the same bag/box you received your items in. Drop off your return at a PostNord service point and show the QR code – they will take care of your return.
You will receive an email from us once we have received your return, followed by a confirmation email when your return has been processed and completed.
Refund
As soon as we have processed and registered your return, you will receive a confirmation by email and your invoice/payment will be adjusted immediately. If your return has not yet been registered, it does not necessarily mean that we have not received it – please allow 2–3 weeks from the time you sent your return until you receive confirmation.
Tip! If you paid via Klarna, download the Klarna app (if you haven’t already). There you can pause your invoice by selecting “Report a return”. This way, you don’t have to worry about your invoice becoming overdue. Once we register your return, your invoice/payment will be adjusted and sent to you again in a separate email from Klarna (no new invoice is issued – the original invoice applies).

Free exchange
Exchanging for a different size or colour is completely free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot approve exchange orders, i.e. exchanges from one product to another.
You always have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive it. All products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returned products will not be accepted if they have been used, washed or handled carelessly. All tags must remain attached. Each garment is inspected upon return.
How to exchange
Option 1:
Specify the size and colour in the comments field when registering your return. We will send your exchange as soon as we have received your return.
Option 2:
Place a new order online for the desired exchange item and return the product that didn’t fit according to the instructions above. In the comments field when registering your return, state that you have ordered your exchange online – we will then waive the return fee.
Option 3:
Send an email to hello@purefemale.se with your order number and the colour/size you wish to exchange for. We will reserve the dress immediately and ship it once we have received your return.
Please note: If you chose to pay with Klarna (invoice), the original invoice applies even for exchanges. No new invoice will be issued. If you have paused/reported a return on your Klarna invoice, you can easily remove this in the Klarna app or on their website to reactivate the invoice and proceed with payment.

Claim
Have you received an item that turns out to be faulty? Please notify us and return the item within 14 days. Email our customer service at hello@purefemale.se, describe the issue and let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Once we have received your claim and inspected the item, it will be approved and your payment will be refunded.
