14-Day Return Policy
You always have 14 days to return your item from the day you receive your order.
Returns
You always have 14 days to return your item from the day you received it. All products you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. Returned items will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, or handled carelessly. All tags must remain attached. Every garment is inspected upon return.
How to return an item

Simply log in using the email address you used when placing your order. Select the order you want to return and choose the reason for the return.
Would you like to exchange for another size or color?
You can enter your request in the comment field/notes (optional).
Then click “Request return.”
Shortly after registering your return, you will receive an email with instructions.
You will receive an email when we have received your return, and another confirmation email when your return has been processed.
Refunds
As soon as we have processed and registered your return, you will receive an email confirmation and your invoice/payment will be adjusted immediately.
If your return has not yet been registered, it does not necessarily mean that we have not received it. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date you sent your return before receiving confirmation.
Return Fees
For returns, we charge a return fee depending on the country.
Return fees:
Sweden 49 SEK
Denmark: 39 DKK
Norway 79 NOK
Other EU countries 5.90 EUR
Exchanging for another size or color is completely free of charge. Unfortunately, we cannot approve exchange orders (i.e. exchanging one product for a different product).
How to exchange an item
Option 1:
Enter the size and color in the comment field when registering your return. We will send your exchange as soon as we have received your return.
Option 2:
Place a new order online for the item you wish to exchange and return the product that did not fit according to the instructions above. If a new size or color has been ordered, this will be visible in your order history and no return fee will be charged.
Option 3:
Send an email to hello@purefemale.se with your order number and the color/size you would like to exchange for. We will reserve the dress immediately and send it once we have received your return.
If you are unsure which size to order, please follow our size guide “Find your size” available on each product page. Garment measurements are also listed for every product. If you are still unsure or would like advice, feel free to contact us at hello@purefemale.se.
Complaints
Have you received a product that turns out to be faulty? Please notify us and return the item within 14 days.
Email our customer service at hello@purefemale.se describe what is wrong with the product, and let us know if you would like a replacement item or a refund.
Once we have received your complaint and inspected the item, your payment will be refunded if the claim is approved.
